Glartek becomes an official AR devices distributor with the Microsoft Mixed Reality distributor partner program

Feb 2022, Lisbon, Portugal – From today forward, Glartek is an authorized Microsoft Mixed Reality distributor partner (DMP) of Microsoft’s HoloLens 2 for its innovative and unique Augmented & Connected Worker platform. The solution that qualifies your front-line team and increases productivity, without training, and is revolutionizing the asset-intensive, manufacturing, and field services sectors.

Mixed Reality distributor-managed partners (DPMs) are Microsoft partners that build and deploy certified mixed reality solutions to help customers from different industries, such as manufacturing, healthcare, retail, with their digital transformation and improve their business impact. From now on, Glartek can purchase Microsoft HoloLens 2 as a device distributor and resell it as part of the Augmented & Connected Worker mixed reality solution.

As one of the first and most relevant HoloLens 2 software technology deployers, Glartek has been boosting the industrial landscape growth through several projects in different customers’ shopfloors. By being able to resell Microsoft HoloLens devices combined with our software solution, our customers can have a full experience provided by one company, instead of having to go to other resellers to purchase the Hardware separately. This means that our company now offers everything from software (app) to hardware (device) to our customers.

The program provides Glartek with the possibility to integrate Spatial Anchors, from Azure-based MR services, making our software AR-based solution more dynamic, user-friendly, and richer, boosting our mixed reality solution to a whole new level.
