Glartek releases its Free Visual Remote Assistance RealWear application
Glartek has just launched its new free visual remote assistance solution as one more software partner for RealWear applications, and unique Assisted Reality solution.

GlarAssist, its Visual Remote Assistance solution, enables front-line workers to receive real-time help and to support remote activities with either mobile devices or hands-free technologies.
Today, Glartek has partnered with Realwear to support its Visual Remote Assistance solution on Realwear’s unique range of Smart Glasses.
Realwear provides an innovative, voice-controlled, assisted reality technology to increase the safety and productivity of any industrial operation. The assisted reality technology, combined with the GarAssist solution, optimizes industrial teams’ results in different use cases, such as Remote Assistance, Problem Reporting, and Resolution, Remote Audits, or Remote Collaboration.
GlarAssist, the first free-of-charge Visual Remote Assistance solution has taken Visual Remote Assistance to a new level, supporting differentiated features like: multiple participants sessions, Augmented Reality annotations, session recording, and an advanced back-office and automated analytics of all sessions.
